Introduction and Summary
Welcome to Xoon Show and its related services! This Xoon Show User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PT. XOON TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA (registered address: Jl. Tanjung Duren Raya No. 1B, Kel. Tanjung Duren Selatan, Kec. Grogol Petamburan, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta 11470 Indonesia, hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Company"). This Agreement governs your download, installation, registration, login, and use of the Xoon Show software (including its various client versions) and your access to related services (including core functions such as information publishing, interactive communication, content search, and more).
Before you start using Xoon Show, please read and fully understand all terms of this Agreement, especially the clauses that exclude or limit our liability, define your rights and obligations, govern information licensing and use, and specify applicable law and dispute resolution. If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian and use Xoon Show services only after obtaining their explicit consent.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, we will be unable to provide you with our full range of products and services, and you must immediately cease using them. By choosing to agree or by otherwise starting to use Xoon Show, you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted this Agreement and agree to be bound by it and any other rules related to Xoon Show (such as the "Xoon Show Privacy Policy").
We reserve the right, based on operational needs, to independently decide or designate our affiliated companies, parent company, successor companies, or recognized third parties to continue operating Xoon Show. In such cases, some services under this Agreement may be provided by these entities. You acknowledge and agree that your acceptance of these related services also constitutes your acceptance of the associated rights and obligations.

Xoon Show Software and Services
1. You must obtain the Xoon Show application through our official channels or authorized third parties (such as app stores). If you obtain the software from an unauthorized channel, we cannot guarantee its normal functionality, and any losses you incur as a result are not our responsibility.
2. We may develop different software versions for different terminal devices. You should choose, download, and install the version that corresponds to your device.
3. You may independently choose to use or update Xoon Show as needed. If you decide to no longer use it, you can uninstall it yourself.
4. To enhance user experience and service quality, we will update Xoon Show from time to time (including but not limited to feature optimization, service upgrades, software replacement, etc.). We may notify you through system notifications, announcements, or other means. You can choose whether or not to update, but if you choose not to, some functions may be restricted or become unusable.
5. Without our prior written permission, you may not, in any form, adapt, copy, distribute, mirror, trade, or engage in other unauthorized access to or use of the Xoon Show software and services.
6. You understand that using Xoon Show requires you to provide your own terminal device (such as a mobile phone, computer, etc.) and an internet connection. When you open the Xoon Show application, it is considered use of our services. Any costs incurred during use, such as internet data fees, shall be borne by you.
7. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to use the Xoon Show software and services. All other rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by us. If you wish to exercise these rights, you must obtain separate written permission from us.
8. To protect your account security and enjoy all the features of Xoon Show, you need to register an account. During registration and the use of certain functions, we may require you to provide necessary basic personal information and access your device information.
About the Account
1. Xoon Show supports login via account creation or authorization from third-party platform accounts. Your account and password are your credentials as a registered user to log in and use the services.
2. You promise that your account information (such as nickname, avatar, bio) will not violate laws and regulations or Xoon Show's rules, will not contain illegal or inappropriate information, and will not impersonate others. We reserve the right to review the registration information you submit.
3. Your account on Xoon Show is for your personal use only. It is strictly forbidden to give, lend, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit others to use your account without our written consent. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that the user of an account is not the original registrant, we reserve the right, for the purpose of account security, to suspend or terminate services to that account, or even permanently disable it.
4. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password and are fully legally responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Do not disclose your account information to others under any circumstances. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, you must notify us immediately.
5. If you lose your account or forget your password, you can attempt to recover it through our appeal channel. Please understand that the password recovery mechanism can only identify the consistency between the information in the appeal and the data recorded in the system; it cannot distinguish whether the appellant is the genuine authorized user. You are responsible for any account or password loss caused by your own negligence in safeguarding them or by other force majeure factors.
6. When registering and managing your account, you must ensure that the identity information you provide is true, accurate, and valid.
7. You may choose to authorize the use of a third-party platform account that you legally own and have registered with your real name (such as a social media account) to log in to Xoon Show, subject to the rules and limitations of that third-party platform.
8. After completing the registration and necessary identity verification, you can review and modify the personal information you have submitted at any time. However, for security and identification reasons (such as account appeals), you may not be able to change your initial registration information.
9. To efficiently utilize account resources, if your account has not been logged into for the first time after registration, or has not been used for more than two consecutive months, we reserve the right to reclaim the account. Before the account is reclaimed, we will notify you in an appropriate manner. Once the account is reclaimed, you will no longer be able to log in with it, and all personalized settings and usage history cannot be recovered.
Protection of Personal Information
We work with you to protect your personal information. Protecting user information is one of our fundamental principles. In the process of using Xoon Show, you may need to provide your personal information (such as name, gender, device information, etc.) so that we can provide you with better services. We will protect your rights to review, modify, delete personal information, and withdraw consent in accordance with the law, and will use security measures appropriate for the service, such as encryption and anonymization, to protect your personal information. For more details on the protection of your personal information, please refer to the "Xoon Show Privacy Policy".
User Code of Conduct
5.1. Behavioral Requirements
You are responsible for your use of Xoon Show. Unless permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not engage in the following acts:
5.1.1. Using unauthorized or unpermitted plugins, add-ons, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, damage, modify, or otherwise influence the normal operation of Xoon Show.
5.1.2. Using or targeting Xoon Show to perform any action that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to:
· Illegally intruding into others' networks, interfering with normal network functions, stealing network data, etc.;
· Providing programs or tools specifically designed for activities that endanger network security;
· Providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, or other assistance to others known to be engaged in activities that endanger network security;
· Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
· Entering public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;
· Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of the Xoon Show system or network, or performing other actions that undermine network security without permission;
· Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Xoon Show system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other actions that disrupt normal network information services;
· Forging TCP/IP packet names or parts of names;
· Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Xoon Show software;
· Other actions that violate laws, regulations, this Agreement, relevant Company rules, and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others.
5.1.3. If we have reason to believe that your behavior violates or may violate the above provisions, we reserve the right to independently assess and handle the situation, and to terminate services to you at any time without prior notice, and to pursue legal action.
5.2. Information Content Standards
5.2.1. The information you create, comment on, and disseminate on Xoon Show (including public and private content) must comply with laws, regulations, and public morality. You agree and promise not to create, copy, publish, or disseminate the following content:
(1) Explicitly pornographic content. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material. If we discover such content, we will immediately report it to the authorities and delete the associated user account;
(2) Promoting terrorism and extremism;
(3) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(4) Inciting regional discrimination or hatred;
(5) Creating or spreading rumors or false information, disrupting economic and social order, and undermining social stability;
(6) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(7) Endangering network security, using the network for activities that harm national security and interests;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Containing violent intimidation or threats against others;
(10) Involving the privacy, personal information, or data of others;
(11) Content that infringes on the legal rights of others, such as privacy, reputation, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
(12) Disseminating commercial advertisements, similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam;
(13) Publishing meaningless information, or using character combinations to evade technical review;
(14) Violating the legitimate rights of minors or harming their physical and mental health;
(15) Containing terrifying, violent, bloody, highly dangerous content, or content that endangers the physical and mental health of the performer or others;
(16) Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order, and good morals, interferes with the normal operation of Xoon Show, or infringes on the legitimate rights of other users or third parties.
5.2.2. If the content you create, publish, and disseminate uses non-real audio-visual information generated by new technologies such as deep learning or virtual reality, it must be clearly marked.
5.3. Child Safety Standards
We are committed to ensuring a safe environment for all users, including minors. We expressly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
5.3.1. Creating, sharing, or distributing any content that depicts, promotes, or implies the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
5.3.2. Engaging or attempting to engage in grooming or other predatory behaviors targeting minors.
5.3.3. Using our platform to facilitate the solicitation or engagement in illegal activities involving minors, including communications intended to exploit or harm children.
We take violations of this policy extremely seriously. Any user found to be engaged in CSAE-related behavior will be permanently banned from the platform and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.
We use advanced detection methods to identify and prevent CSAE activity and encourage all users to report any suspicious content or behavior.
5.4. We have established a public complaint and reporting platform. You can report various legal violations, illegal communication activities, and other harmful content to us in accordance with our reporting system. We will promptly receive and handle your complaints and reports to jointly create a clean cyberspace.
6. Norms for Using Xoon Show Information Content
6.1. Without our written permission, no user or third party may, either by themselves or by permitting or assisting others, perform the following actions on the information content within the Xoon Show software and services:
(1) Copying, reading, and using Xoon Show's information content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to promotion, increasing read counts, and page views;
(2) Editing, organizing, and compiling Xoon Show's information content without authorization, and then displaying it on channels other than Xoon Show's source pages;
(3) Other actions to illegally obtain or use Xoon Show's information content.
6.2. Without our written permission, no user or third party may directly or indirectly steal information content such as videos, images, etc., from Xoon Show by any means (including but not limited to hotlinking, illegal crawling, simulated downloads, deep linking, etc.), or in any way (including but not limited to hiding or modifying domain names, platform logos, usernames, etc.) remove or alter the electronic rights management information associated with the information content.
7. Handling of Violations
7.1. For your violation of this Agreement or other service terms, we have the right to independently assess the situation and take measures such as issuing warnings, refusing publication, immediately stopping information transmission, deleting content, temporarily suspending functions, restricting some or all account functions, up to and including permanent account closure. The consequences of your inability to use the account and related services normally, or the inability to access assets or other rights and interests in your account, shall be your responsibility. We reserve the right to announce the results of the handling and to decide whether to restore the use of the relevant account based on the actual situation.
7.2. If your violation leads to complaints or lawsuits from a third party, you must handle them yourself and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise. If your violation causes us and our affiliated companies, parent company, or successor companies to compensate any third party or be punished by a state agency, you must also fully compensate for all losses incurred.
7.3. We respect and protect the legal rights of users and other parties, such as intellectual property rights, reputation rights, and privacy rights. You guarantee that the text, images, videos, audio, links, etc., uploaded while using Xoon Show do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, and any other legal rights of any third party. Otherwise, we reserve the right to remove the allegedly infringing content upon receiving a notification from the rights holder. You must handle all claims made by third parties yourself and bear all legal responsibilities that may arise.
8. Service Modification, Interruption, and Termination
8.1. You understand and agree that the Xoon Show software and services are provided according to the current state of technology and conditions. We will do our best to provide you with services to ensure their continuity and security. You understand that we cannot at all times or always foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, network reasons, third-party service defects, and other reasons that may cause service interruptions or the inability to use Xoon Show normally.
8.2. You understand and agree that for the overall operational needs of the service and platform security, we have the right to determine the service/function settings and scope, or to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate the Xoon Show software and services according to specific circumstances.
9. Disclaimer
9.1. You understand and agree that the Xoon Show software and services may be affected or interfered with by various factors, and we do not guarantee (including but not limited to):
9.1.1. That the Xoon Show software and services will fully meet user requirements;
9.1.2. That the Xoon Show software and services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, reliable, or error-free; that any software, services, or other materials obtained by the user through us will meet the user's expectations;
9.1.3. That any errors in the Xoon Show software and services will be corrected.
9.2. If you encounter network information related to loans, investments, financing, wealth management, or other property matters, account passwords, advertisements, or promotions, etc., please treat it with caution and make your own judgment. For any other tangible or intangible losses, we shall not bear any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative, or punitive compensation liability.
9.3. You understand and agree that in the process of using the service, you may encounter force majeure and other factors (force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, and unavoidable), including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters, wars, strikes, riots, etc. In the event of force majeure, we will strive to rectify the situation in a timely manner, but we shall be exempt from liability within the scope of laws and regulations for the suspension, termination of service, or any losses caused by force majeure.
9.4. We obtain the right to handle illegal content in accordance with this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or promise on our part, and we cannot guarantee the timely detection of illegal activities or their corresponding handling.
9.5. You understand and agree that: Regarding the Xoon Show software and services, we do not provide any warranties or conditions, whether express or implied. Your use of the software and related services is at your own risk.
9.6. You understand and agree that this Agreement is intended to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good morals, and protect the legitimate rights of users and other parties. We will do our best to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within our capabilities, but do not guarantee that our judgments are completely consistent with those of judicial and administrative bodies, and you have understood and agreed to bear the consequences thereof.
9.7. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits you suffer from using Xoon Show. Unless otherwise expressly stipulated by laws and regulations, our entire liability to you, regardless of the reason or manner of action, shall never exceed the fees you paid to us during your use of the service.
11. Special Agreement on Individual Services and Third-Party Services
11.1. Xoon Show services may include information or information content links that we have obtained through various legal means, as well as other individual services legally operated by us and our affiliates. These services may exist as separate sections within Xoon Show. We reserve the right to add, reduce, or modify the settings and services of these special sections from time to time.
11.2. You can enable and use the above single-service functions in Xoon Show. Certain individual services may require you to simultaneously accept a special agreement for that service or other rules that are binding on you and the service provider. Where necessary, we will provide these agreements and rules in a conspicuous manner for your review. Once you start using the above services, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the constraints of the relevant agreements and rules for that individual service.
11.3. When you use related software and services provided by third parties on Xoon Show, in addition to complying with this Agreement and other relevant rules on Xoon Show, you may also need to agree to and comply with the third party's relevant agreements and rules. If disputes, losses, or damages arise from third-party related software and services, they shall be resolved by you and the third party, and we bear no responsibility to you or any third party.
12. Provisions on Use for Minors
The Xoon Show services are not intended for users under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you are prohibited from registering for or using our services.
13. Miscellaneous
13.1. The formation, validity, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid due to conflict with local laws, such provision shall be re-interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent of the Agreement's provision without violating the law, and the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
13.2. To provide you with better services or due to changes in national laws and regulations, policy adjustments, technical conditions, product functions, etc., we will revise this Agreement in a timely manner, and the revised content constitutes an integral part of this Agreement. After this Agreement is updated, we will publish the latest version on Xoon Show. If you have any objection to the revised content of the agreement, please immediately stop logging in or using Xoon Show. If you continue to log in or use it, you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the revised agreement.
13.3. The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision in this Agreement.
13.4. You and we are independent subjects. Under no circumstances does this Agreement constitute any form of express or implied guarantee or condition from us to you, nor does it constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the two parties.
