Welcome to Xoon Show!These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Xoon Show platform. We appreciate you choosing our services and encourage you to read these terms thoroughly.
Our platform is intended for use only in regions where the application is officially listed in the authorized app stores. Users accessing Xoon Show from unlisted territories do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

By registering an account or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to amend these terms periodically. The latest version will always be accessible within the app under "Settings > User Agreement." Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use Xoon Show. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed your own, and you assume full liability for such actions.
Language: While we may provide translations of these terms, the English version shall remain the definitive and governing document in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.
Xoon Show is a digital platform designed to foster global connections and creative expression. Our services include:
• User-Generated Content (UGC): We provide tools for real-time streaming, interactive chatting, voice services, and the posting of media (text, images, audio, and video). Users may also utilize platform-provided features such as filters, stickers, and virtual effects. Please note that views expressed by users do not reflect the values or opinions of Xoon Show.
• Personalized Discovery: We utilize algorithms to suggest content, advertisements, and sponsored products that align with your interests.
• Safety and Moderation: We employ technology and dedicated teams to monitor for abusive behavior or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or ban accounts that jeopardize the safety of our community.
• Global Infrastructure: To provide a seamless experience, your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and current information. You may also register via authorized third-party platforms; in such cases, the third party’s privacy terms will also apply.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect a violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that may harm the platform’s integrity.
Account Deletion: If you wish to close your account, please contact us at xoonofficial@gmail.com. Please be aware that once an account is deleted, all associated data and content are permanently unrecoverable.

When using Xoon Show, you agree to act lawfully and respectfully. You are strictly prohibited from:
• Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, harassing, or promotes violence.
• Impersonating any individual or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation.
• Stalking, bullying, or exploiting other users.
• Attempting to bypass security features, reverse-engineer the software, or distribute malware/viruses.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without authorization.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or unauthorized commercial solicitations.
Xoon Show does not assume liability for user-generated content. You use the service at your own risk. We reserve the right to filter or delete any content that violates these standards without prior notice.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of minors. Prohibited actions include:
• Distributing content that depicts the exploitation of children.
• Grooming or predatory behavior.
• Using the platform to facilitate illegal acts involving minors.
Violators will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant global law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.
Users aged 18 and older may purchase virtual currency ("Gems") and virtual gifts.
• Pricing: Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are subject to change.
• Usage: Gems are intended solely for use within Xoon Show to enhance the interactive experience. They hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender or transferred outside the platform.
• Refunds: All purchases of virtual assets are final. No refunds or credits will be issued unless required by local law.
• Data Sharing: By making in-app purchases, you consent to the sharing of necessary transaction data with payment processors (e.g., Apple/Google) to resolve payment disputes or chargebacks.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. You must comply with their respective terms. Most major credit cards and localized payment methods are accepted. Unless otherwise stated, transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars. You may be required to provide identification to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
All platform-related materials (software, graphics, branding, and code) are the exclusive property of Xoon Show and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
User License: By posting content on Xoon Show, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Xoon Show immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any commercial or legal necessity.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Xoon Show makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the platform. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (Force Majeure). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC for the time being in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
All requests for user data or information related to legal proceedings must be submitted through official legal channels and comply with the appropriate jurisdiction's procedural requirements.
We may modify this Agreement at any time. While we will attempt to notify you of significant changes via platform notifications, it is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Your continued use of Xoon Show after changes are posted signifies your agreement to the updated terms.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Xoon Show regarding the service. If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.
